Swedish-What we call the feel good massage. It consists of nice easy strokes with light to deep pressure over your whole body. 

Advanced Swedish Techniques- additional Techniques that add more options to the feel good massage to benefit each individual. This feel good massage provides more ways to relieve the stress and tension in your muscles. 

Craniosacral Therapy-  an energy based modality that is predominantly quiet and still work. 

Abdomen massage- Abdomen massage is a very light technique on your abdomen that can not only release fasciae tissue in that area but can also release tension in your lower back. 

Acupressure-  an energy based modality that is similar to acupuncture. This modality follows the meridians of the body and with pressure from finger pads on the pressure points along the meridian releases tension, allowing energy to move.

Chair Massage-  fully clothed massage that focuses on neck, shoulder and back. Great for office's and events.
